Requests For Removal of Digital Account Information

Requests for removal of digital Account Information should be made by users via online banking secure messaging or through a Climate First Bank location. Requests may require a form signed by the individual consumer or the principals of a business.

How does this Impact your Account Access

This action will remove your account access for all Climate First Bank Online Banking products and services including: mobile applications (Android, iPhone) and Web. Once removed the access may not be restored. This action will not impact your account records. Banking through physical bank locations and ATMs will remain the same. Statements will be mailed in paper form and paper statement fees will apply. Any account statements should be downloaded before submitting your request.

What Data is Retained by Climate First Bank's Digital Archive Once the User is Removed from all Climate First Bank Online Banking Products and Services?

The user data deleted from the digital banking system is archived to facilitate account recovery. The archived user data includes information that links the user to their bank account(s) and their personalized settings. Archived user data cannot be used by our vendors or digital banking to access financial accounts or other protected information. The bank retains this archived data indefinitely for the duration of our business relationship with our archive vendor, after which time it is permanently deleted.
