Activate Your Card

To activate your debit card, please follow the instructions below:
  • To activate your card, please call 1-877-205-1605.
  • Continue to follow the voice prompts to set your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
  • After setting your PIN, you can begin using your debit card.
  • You may also call this number if you ever want to reset your PIN to a new number.
  • When activating your Business Debit Card, you will be prompted to enter the last four digits of your Tax Identification number. Please provide the last four digits of the Business EIN and not your personal Social Security Number.

Traveling

If I'm traveling, can I still use my debit card?
  • Yes, it is a best practice to notify us at least 48 hours prior to traveling so that we can ensure that your card does not get blocked.
  • Please login to Online Banking and send us a secure message with your card number, travel dates and the location you are traveling to ahead of time.

Lost or Stolen

Call us at 1-833-933-1681 to report the card lost or stolen and to order a replacement card.

Where Debit Won't Work

Are there any countries where I can't use my debit card for purchases?

Yes. To protect our customers, we have blocked some countries that have experienced high fraudulent activity. Please login to Online Banking and send us a secure message with your card number and the country of any failed transaction, and we will enable that country for your purchase.

Unrecognized Purchase

What do I do I if I have a transaction on my card that I do not recognize?

Call us at 1-866-279-1399 to review the transaction and to file a dispute if necessary.

Payments

How can I make my Climate First Bank loan payments?
  • You can choose to have your payment drafted from your checking/savings account with Climate First Bank or another financial institution.
  • If you have a checking or savings account with Climate First Bank, you can make payments from your Climate First Bank deposit accounts by logging in to your Climate First Bank online banking account.
