1. Contact your employer or other payment source and request a direct deposit form. Your employer might require more paperwork on their end and maybe a voided check to process your request.  Government agencies have specific phone numbers for you to call directly.  Please refer to the specific agency website.
2. Fill in all of your information. You will need to provide the type of account (checking or savings), your account number and routing number (063117011).
3. Ask your employer when to expect the first payment.  Login to your Climate First Bank account online to verify the posting.

To activate your debit card, please follow the instructions below:

• To activate your card, please call 1-877-205-1605.
• Continue to follow the voice prompts to set your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
• After setting your PIN, you can begin using your debit card.
• You may also call this number if you ever want to reset your PIN to a new number.

If I'm traveling, can I still use my debit card?

• Yes, it is a best practice to notify us at least 48 hours prior to traveling so that we can ensure that your card does not get blocked.
• Please login to Online Banking and send us a secure message with your card number, travel dates and the location you are traveling to ahead of time.

How can I make my Climate First Bank loan payments?

• You can choose to have your payment drafted from your checking/savings account with Climate First Bank or another financial institution.
• If you have a checking or savings account with Climate First Bank, you can make payments from your Climate First Bank deposit accounts by logging in to your Climate First Bank online banking account.
• You can mail your payment to Climate First Bank: 182 37th Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL 33704.
