Climate First Bank’s Attorney Banking department was launched by the Bank’s CEO and Founder, Ken LaRoe Esq., and Scott Leitner, Esq., SVP, General Counsel and Attorney Business Banking. Scott now heads up the department along with Irma Walsh, AVP, Attorney Banking Specialist and Julie diMare, VP, Attorney Banking Specialist. With over 45 years combined of Attorney Banking experience, the Climate First Bank Attorney Banking program has been established to suit the specific needs of Attorneys.

Loan products subject to credit approval and customer must have their primary business banking relationship with Climate First Bank. 2.Primary business checking account is defined as the account where business hold funds and transacts for all activities related to business operations, including but not limited to: Deposits of all income from customers whether via check, ACH, cash, or otherwise, Paying employees, Paying vendors and suppliers, Advertising and Marketing expenses, Any and all other Operating Expenses paid by the company. 3. Customer is responsible for cost of Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) machine and wire fees. $0 monthly fees if customer consents to receive electronic statements.
