Managing your Debit Card
Take control of how your Climate First Bank debit cards are used by turning your card on or off to restrict purchases or potential misuse.
Click "Manage Debit Cards" in online or mobile banking.

Click on the card image and select "Proceed" to restrict card activity. Restricted cards will appear with a keyhole.

To remove restrictions from a card, click the keyhole and select "Proceed" to enable the card for purchases.

Turning off your card is not a replacement for reporting your card lost or stolen. Contact us at 1-833-933-1681 to report your card as lost or stolen. If you believe that unauthorized transactions have been made, contact us at 1-866-279-1399.
Turning your card off will not stop card transactions presented as recurring transactions or the posting of refunds, reversals, or credit adjustments to your account. Turning off your card will not stop transactions using other cards linked to your deposit account.
Availability may be affected by your mobile carrier's coverage area. Your mobile carrier's message and data rates may apply.
