Ryan joined Climate First Bank on October 4, 2024, as President of Structured Finance. On Sunday, October 13, 2024, Ryan showcased not only his dedication as a leader but also his world-class athleticism by completing the 2024 Chicago Marathon in an astonishing time of 2 hours and 28 minutes, securing his title as the First American Masters finisher.

Ryan's achievement is a testament to his discipline, perseverance, and commitment—qualities that he brings to both the track and the executive table. His drive to push boundaries, inspire others, and lead by example perfectly aligns with our mission here at Climate First Bank.
